Shannon Martin
Broker/ Partner

Shannon was a partner in two other businesses in the Hayward Area before becoming involved in what he describes as his “dream career” as owner and managing broker of Northwood Associates Real Estate LLC and one of the partners in the TeamNorthwood Real Estate Marketing Team.  Shannon along with his wife Kay and their two young daughters live just a few miles outside of Hayward.

Shannon is active in the community including being a member of the Hayward Rotary Club and  a board member of the Sawyer County Development Corporation. He also serves on the board of Northwestern Wisconsin MLS, Inc.

Shannon brings his marketing  experience from past businesses and his enthusiasm for the Hayward Lakes Area to your real estate transaction.

Shannon is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Realtor Association and REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin. He has also been E-pro certified in recignition of his expertise in internet marketing.

Preston Martin
Broker/ Partner

Preston Martin has lived in the Hayward area since he was nine years old. Before starting his career in Real Estate he was involve in a family manufacturing company and was the general manager of a construction company. With his enjoyment of the Real Estate transaction he brings energy and experience to the deals he is involved in. Community involvement has always been important to Preston. If you would like to talk to Preston on a Monday night, you can find him at the fire hall. He is very active at the Town of Hayward volunteer Fire Department, where he serves as an officer. He also volunteers as a Emergency Medical Technician for Sawyer County Ambulance. He has been an active board member of the local Habitat for Humanity for 4 years.   
Preston has been awarded the following License and Designations
·         Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s License.
·         E-Pro, a designation that recognizes today’s leaders in the use of technology in Real Estate.
·         GRI (Graduate Realty Institute) a designation earned by completing advanced real estate training.
